Description
This class is designed to teach basic and expanded actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, twists, and seated poses shoulderstand and headstand. Modifications are made for injuries or certain conditions. Please have a mat, 3-4 blankets, a bolster, two blocks, a chair and a belt available.
