Description
This class is designed to teach basic and expanded actions for various poses: standing, forward and back bending, twists, seated, shoulderstand and headstand. Modifications are made for injuries or certain conditions.
Please have a mat, 3-4 blankets, a bolster, two blocks, a metal chair and a belt available.
