This class is designed to bring access and alignment integrity to classic poses using a chair as the main prop. The chair makes a wide range of poses available, especially when flexibility, strength, or injury challenges practice.
Please have a metal folding chair, 2-3 blankets, belt, 2 blocks and bolster available.
