Description

Dance the Elements is an energising and freeing movement meditation, which lasts just over an hour.

During the meditation, I will take you on a journey through the 5 elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Each element has its own quality, which we embody through dance and movement. I will give you guidance and a few prompts, which will take out of your mind and into your body - until you become the dance.

As we come to Ether state, the dance slows down. You become ethereal, the heart-rate will be brought back to resting rate and we come together in seated meditation, before a blissful shavasana!
