Description
The Pilates Mat workout is a series of low-impact exercises with a mind-body awareness that target the muscles of the core, also known as the “powerhouse”. It includes the muscles of the abdominals, low back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, control, endurance and self confidence.
