Description
Flow through a series of controlled core (abdominals, low body, pelvic floor, hips, glutes) exercises and the benefits will include improved strength and flexibility, body-awareness and alignment, endurance and self confidence. Option: further challenge the core and strengthen the upper body with the addition of light weights, 1 - 3 pounds.
