Relax and Restore is inspired by Yin yoga and is a great class for beginners. This class is also excellent for students looking to improve their flexibility.

Relax and Restore is practiced on the floor or in a chair. All poses are either seated or lying down.

The poses are held for a longer period of time, and the practice promotes joint health. Students also learn how to harness their breathing to promote relaxation in the mind and body. A regular yin yoga practice can help reduce stress and anxiety.

If you are looking for a slower practice, or want to improve your flexibility or joint health, Relax and Restore may be exactly what you are looking for.
