NEW CLASS This is an online only class. It is a combination of half active and half passive form of practice, always with some meditation offered at the end. You will have a chance to learn how to breathe properly, to stretch, to strengthen, to ease you mobility and to improve balance and overall wellbeing. A lovely lunchtime break for everyone. Join us!
