Back Care Yoga 護脊瑜伽
This class helps you relax tight muscles in your shoulders, neck, upper and lower back. It also strengthens your chest, shoulders, spine, and back muscles. This helps relieve back pain, improve spine flexibility, and correct posture issues caused by sitting at a computer, working with your head down, or caring for children.
一方面透過不同伸展動作放鬆肩頸、膊頭、上下背、及下腰繃緊的肌肉,一方面伸展胸肩、強化脊椎和背部肌肉,紓緩腰痠背痛和強化脊椎靈活度及柔軟度,改善因長期坐在電腦或垂頭工作,或照顧小朋友而習慣於不良姿勢等的身體情況,建立保持良好的姿勢的力量。
