Yoga in the Park is a great opportunity to join an outdoor yoga class and take a big bowl of fresh air. Classes are build to improve well-being, have a nice time exercising, feeling the body stretching and a nice relaxation at the end. We always focus on breathing, and bring a positive intentions to make your body and mind reset and refresh.
