Let's take time to practice a gentle Yoga flow in the Park, surrounded by beautiful trees. This will help us feel grounded, refreshed, and energized throughout the day. We will combine both strengthening and stretching exercises to promote a sense of well-being and joy. In case of rain, we will meet in my living room!
