Description

Calling all Tweens and Teens (ages 8-15) who are excited to have fun while exploring Yoga and Movement! In this engaging class, we will journal, experiment breathing exercices maybe while making bubbles, discover more about our emotions and executive functions, enhance concentration, and enjoy learning a variety of fun and accessible Yoga poses together. Join us for some Yoga fun!

The theme of this second serie is gaining confidence and feeling grounded.
