Description

Every Friday from 9am to 10pm. Let's take some time to reconnect with ourselves and practice a gentle Yoga flow. This mindful practice will help us feel more grounded, refreshed, and energized as we move through our day. We will combine both strengthening and stretching exercises thoughtfully to promote a deep sense of well-being, balance, and joy. We will end by a relaxation!
