Holly (Sunshine) would love for you to spend an hour or so in group classes or a private session to discover and develop your personal Yoga practice.

Description

A progressive flow of seated to standing poses and Vinyasa (sequences), concluding with Savasana relaxation. 1 hour via Zoom. $10 or class pass. Due to COVID restrictions, all sessions are currently virtual.

This class is suitable for those who prefer a more gentle, inquisitive practice. Progression requires ability to get up and down off the floor. Feel free to contact Holly to determine which class is the best fit for you.
