Mixed Level Chair Yoga via Zoom

Gentle Yoga practiced sitting on a chair and/or standing using a chair back (or seat) for support. Helps deepen flexibility, increase strength, & improve balance & body awareness. 1 hour via Zoom. $10 or class pass.

This class does NOT involve floorwork but does involve getting up from chair to standing and using the back of chair for balance and support in standing Asana. Please consult Holly on any injuries or issues you are dealing with in order to find the right class for you!
