Holly (Sunshine) would love for you to spend an hour or so in group classes or a private session to discover and develop your personal Yoga practice.

Description

A progressive flow of seated to standing poses and Vinyasa (sequences), concluding with Savasana relaxation. 1 hour via Zoom. $10 or class pass. Due to COVID restrictions, all sessions are currently virtual.

This class is suitable for those who prefer a more gentle, inquisitive practice. Progression requires ability to get up and down off the floor. Feel free to contact Holly at Dream Forest Yoga to determine which class is the best fit for you.
