Description
Guest teacher Amanda Cabral will be in the studio to teach the first class of the New Year! Come join us! Amanda describes class as a Vinyasa Flow~the word vinyasa translates to “place in a special way”, which is often interpreted as linking breath and movement. Vinyasa Yoga is a beginner to moderate class. This Flow emphasizes the dynamic, continuous rhythmic flow of postures, breathwork and meditation. Prepare to immerse in basic postures from each of the asan families: Sun salutation, standing and seated poses, balances and twists, supine and prone poses and relaxation.
