Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma. Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind. Certifications include: iRest Yoga Nidra, Warriors At Ease Level 2, Veterans Yoga Project, 300 hour Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga ~TCTSY, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga for Sexual Assault, Medical Neuroscience

Join us for our new monthly special Sunday Savasana; the perfect way to farewell (or celebrate) the weekend and welcome in a new month. The Self Care reset you have been looking for.
They say that Sunday is the day of rest~and we take rest seriously here at the studio sanctuary! This beautiful class is essentially an invitation (or permission) to press pause from doing... and just BE. Timeout. For YOU. To decelerate, recalibrate, nourish your nervous system and recharge the body, mind and soul~physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
You’ll be guided through soft breath meditation & gentle movement to welcome you into your body, flowing into comfortable, yin restorative postures with props, preparing you to settle into a blissful, fully supported reclined pose as you are guided on a powerful restorative journey with Yoga Nidra meditation ~a deeply relaxing and peaceful experience that allows the brain to reap the benefits of 4 hours of deep REM rest.
Enjoy complimentary tea after class while taking in the sunset on the beautiful Ammonoosuc river to wrap up your experience.
Go home rested, recharged and ready for a new week (and month).

120 min ~ No experience necessary ~just the want/need/longing for ‘me time’ self care.
