Jessica O’Leary
Jessica is a retired US Army veteran who stumbled upon a yoga class early in her military career.
As a competitive athlete and paratrooper, she first leaned on yoga intermittently while rehabilitating injuries. She was eventually compelled to reinvent her approach to health and fitness, turning to yoga as the primary means.
With time, her passion for mindful movement deepened and her practice came to appreciate the mind-body connection. Jessica credits Yoga Sculpt for reigniting her dedication to yoga in recent years and is drawn to the rigor of slow, controlled movements throughout a Vinyasa flow. Having experienced physical changes that permanently altered her lifestyle, she understands the value of an accessible strengthening practice.
Jessica completed her initial teacher training and Reiki certification at Yandara in Baja, Mexico, where she was inspired to explore a more spiritual domain. She enjoys learning about astrology, remote healing, and the power of meditation. In her free time, Jessica loves being in nature and cozying up in her cabin with her dog and cat.

Description
A quiet refuge for restoration and renewal.
Each session begins with a brief orientation before you settle into a zero-gravity lounger, cocooned in warmth and quiet. You’ll be invited to explore one of two distinct pathways to reset — each designed to support the body’s natural capacity for balance and ease.
Rest Sessions
A sensory immersion in stillness.
Each Rest session invites you to recline in a zero-gravity lounger and simply exhale. Surrounded by soft textures, weighted blankets, soothing aromatherapy, and the quiet rhythm of ambient sound, your system is gently guided toward ease. This is not about trying to relax — it’s about allowing rest to arrive. These sessions create space for the body to unwind naturally, supporting the same pathways of restoration that deep sleep and meditation nourish.
NeuroRegulation Sessions
An experience where science and stillness meet the art of restoration.
Each session begins with a brief orientation before you settle into a zero-gravity lounger, cocooned in warmth and quiet. Guided by evidence-based neurotechnology, gentle light, vibration, and sound patterns help shift the brain and body toward balance — supporting clarity, calm, and deeper rest. You’ll be invited to simply receive as the session unfolds, allowing your nervous system to recalibrate naturally.
NeuroRegulation uses state-of-the-art tools such as BrainTap, Sensate, NuCalm, Mendi, and NeuroVizr — technologies designed to support parasympathetic recovery, neuroplasticity, and emotional resilience. Each experience is personalized to your comfort level and includes time for integration before returning to your day.
**Light-based sessions (BrainTap, NeuroVizr) are not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, light sensitivity, or certain vestibular conditions.
Guests often pair sessions with tea, journaling, or silent reflection before re-entering the day — a simple, profound practice of remembering how it feels to truly pause.

Description
Join us for our seasonal holiday respite — a quiet evening to rest, breathe deeply, and return to presence. It’s your invitation to embrace and align with the still, luminous heart of winter.
As the studio glows with candlelight and the soft shimmer of winter’s magic, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic movement to release tension and invite ease throughout the body. These simple, intuitive movements help you unwind layers of holding tension and prepare for deeper rest.
You’ll then be invited to create a cozy nest, a cocoon of warmth and support, and settle into Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation where the body can rest deeply as the mind stays quietly aware. Rooted in the rhythm of the season, this guided rest offers space to ease physical, mental, and emotional tension, allowing you to settle into the quiet beneath it all.
Each session utilizes imagery drawing inspiration from the natural world surrounding the White Mountains and the quiet lore of winter ~ themes of rest, reflection, and renewal woven into the meditation. Kim’s yoga journey began as a search for healing during one of the most difficult times of her life. Originally from a small village in Cambodia, she was raised by her grandparents until moving to the United States in 2006 to reunite with her parents. Description
Close out your weekend with a practice that feels like a gift to yourself. SERENITY is a slow, grounding class of gentle, floor-based movement and longer, supported holds—giving the body time to soften, the breath to steady, and the mind to settle. Guided at an unhurried pace, it’s a space to release the weight of the week and prepare for the days ahead feeling nourished and restored.
Candlelight and soft music wrap the sanctuary in warmth, while an optional aromatherapy selection tray offers essential oil rollers for self-application, allowing you to choose a scent—or none at all—that supports your own way of unwinding. The class closes with an extended guided rest, inviting deep calm and a sense of being deeply nurtured.
** Optional, nurturing hands-on assists may be offered to help the body feel fully supported and ease into deeper rest. A simple consent token is provided so you can quietly indicate whether you’d like assists during class—your comfort and choice always guides the experience.

Description
Join us for a heartfelt community gathering in support of Renee Blacken, our teacher and friend, as she prepares to row 3,200 miles across the Atlantic Ocean — solo — to raise awareness and support for trauma-recovery programs through her nonprofit Outdoor Adventuring for Good.
While Renee navigates the seas, we’ll hold the Community Compass — a circle of care, courage, and calm that keeps her oriented toward home.
We’ll begin with Renee’s story and slideshow, sharing her path to the starting line in Lanzarote and the heart behind her mission. Then, we’ll move into the Community Compass Circle, where each participant is invited to share a self-care or grounding practice that Renee could use while at sea.
✨ Please bring your practice written on a small card — a breathing technique, mantra, visualization, or simple ritual of steadiness. These community-offered practices will travel with Renee across the ocean and be highlighted throughout her voyage as reflections of resilience and care.
We’ll close with a restorative soundbath and circle of intention, sending her off in stillness and strength.
Throughout the afternoon, visit the Message-in-a-Bottle Table to write a note or blessing that will travel with Renee inside her Nalgene bottle — a touchstone of encouragement during her journey.
☕ Tea, food, and gentle connection will be shared throughout the event.
💙 By donation (suggested $75). All proceeds support Outdoor Adventuring for Good.
Each attendee will receive a small compass keepsake — a reminder to hold Renee in your thoughts and to stay oriented toward care, courage, and community while she rows across the sea.

Kim Ket
Kim’s yoga journey began as a search for healing during one of the most difficult times of her life. Originally from a small village in Cambodia, she was raised by her grandparents until moving to the United States in 2006 to reunite with her parents. Just two years later, she was faced with the devastating loss of her grandparents, a tragedy that led her to struggle deeply with grief and depression.
In the midst of this hardship, Kim discovered meditation and yoga as powerful tools for healing and self-discovery. What started as a way to cope soon blossomed into a lifelong passion for mindful movement, breath, and connection. Over time, her practice has evolved to embrace the deeper spiritual and emotional aspects of yoga, as well as its physical benefits.
Kim’s classes emphasize more than just the physical postures—they offer space for healing, reflection, and empowerment. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students can explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Off the mat, Kim loves diving deeper into meditation and Ayurveda, and cherishes time with family and community.
60 min Accessible for everyBODY.
