My name is Sharon Osu and I have been teaching Yoga since 2011 under the Yogabellies brand. My specialisms are all things women (from puberty to post menopause and everything in between), and beginner yoga for all adults. E14YogaCoach was set up to introduce yoga basics to brand new students who have zero experience of yoga or have been practising at home and need some help with adaptations for their particular physiology. We cover the basics of yoga terminology, postures and their Sanskrit names as well as transitions from one asana to another. The beginner and intermediate group classes (unless indicated), are suitable for all adults, not just women.

About The Monday 6.30pm Class
Whether you are an absolute beginner and have not as yet attended a class or whether you have been following along on Zoom over lockdown or maybe you practiced yoga many years ago and need some inspiration and reminders. This class is for you.


Our beginner yoga classes are about giving you the information in a kind supportive environment where we can play with the postures and find the adaptations that work for you. If you cannot touch your toes and think you are too inflexible to practice - think again. If your lack of fitness or balance or even clumsiness is holding you back, then this class is for you.


Should you be at more of an intermediate level there is always something to learn so come along with an open mind and let's see what happens.
The class is hatha style at the start (to learn/ remind ourselves of the postures) and then moves into a flow towards the end. Here, we put the individual postures together one after another to create a moving meditation and work with the breath to create something quite special.


Suitable for men and women of all ages, all levels of flexibility and experience.
