My name is Sharon Osu and I have been teaching Yoga since 2011 under the Yogabellies brand. My specialisms are all things women (from puberty to post menopause and everything in between), and beginner yoga for all adults.
E14YogaCoach was set up to introduce yoga basics to brand new students who have zero experience of yoga or have been practising at home and need some help with adaptations for their particular physiology. We cover the basics of yoga terminology, postures and their Sanskrit names as well as transitions from one asana to another. The beginner and intermediate group classes (unless indicated), are suitable for all adults, not just women.
Description
This lunchtime class provides enough relaxation to calm you down after a hectic morning and enough stimulation to keep your eyes open for the busy afternoon ahead.
A flow based class, we have some repetition in the form of 4 vinyasa that we practice every week and the addition of some deep stretches and a deep dive into one particular asana each week.
no experience is necessary, but if you are at intermediate level there will be plenty of options to adapt the postures to make them more challenging.
If you are a beginner, I will provide plenty of adaptations so that you get familiar and comfortable as you can with this new way of moving and all of the terminology that comes with it.
