My name is Sharon Osu and I have been teaching Yoga since 2011 under the Yogabellies brand. My specialisms are all things women (from puberty to post menopause and everything in between), and beginner yoga for all adults.
E14YogaCoach was set up to introduce yoga basics to brand new students who have zero experience of yoga or have been practising at home and need some help with adaptations for their particular physiology. We cover the basics of yoga terminology, postures and their Sanskrit names as well as transitions from one asana to another. The beginner and intermediate group classes (unless indicated), are suitable for all adults, not just women.

This class is designed especially for women who are brand new to yoga or returning after a long break, offering gentle guidance, clear instruction, and a calm, supportive space to move at your own pace. No flexibility or experience needed — just come as you are.
Each session focuses on simple postures, mindful breathing, and easy-to-follow sequences that help you unwind, strengthen, and reconnect with your body. Expect a warm community atmosphere, plenty of encouragement, and a class that leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed, and ready for the rest of your week.
