Sound to me is the most magical and powerful self healing tool. Through sound and voice I am able to access a realm of higher frequency, pure love, ancient wisdom and deep meditation and relaxation. Every sound journey for me is very special, because it brings me and others closer to the higher spiritual self. Sound Journey is a practice about you showing up and taking time for yourself without any expectation towards yourself. And meditation is a good way to stop the rush of your thoughts and go deeper into ourselves.

This workout is a new approach of mindfully working out, using the technique of
controlled breathing while exercising. This class is a combination of strength and resistance
training without weights. This class is great if you want to focus and learn more about technique
and execution of exercises.

Controlled breathing helps to bring balance into our Autonomic Nervous System as well as,
help you to reduce stress, improve sleep, bring more focus and energy, maximize performance,
improves cardiovascular system function and promotes better endurance.
