- 學習手平衡原理與核心啟動
- 練習烏鴉式、八角式、草蜢式等體式
- 強化手臂線條與身體控制
開髖重點:
- 漸進式開髖,放鬆髖部與下背
- 改善姿勢,減輕久坐不適
This class blends hand-balancing techniques with hip-opening exercises to build strength, mobility, and overall body control.
Arm Balance:
- Learn foundations and proper engagement
- Practice poses like Crow, Eight Angle, Grasshopper
- Improve arm strength and overall stability
Hip Opening:
-Progressive hip mobility work
- Release tension and improve posture
