手平衡是瑜伽練習中重要的一環,是邁向高階練習之路。眾多瑜伽式子均需依靠手平衝的力量,例如烏鴉式 Crow Pose、八角手平衡Eight Angle Pose ,草蜢式Grasshopper Pose等等。練習倒立式子來手平衡更是不容忽視的基本功。

手平衡建立在肌力腹部核心基礎上,配合呼吸、及適度的伸展才能完成。課程內容會集中教授手平衡的基礎、不同肌肉的運用及練習不同手平衡式子。除了式子上的追求外,練習手平衡更可為你帶來更細緻的手臂線條。

導師會因應不同同學的需要調整教學內容,適合有意改善手平衡的學員。

This class is recommended for students who exercise regularly.

Arm balances are an important part of yoga practice and a key milestone on the path toward more advanced poses. Many yoga postures rely on arm‑balance strength, such as Crow Pose, Eight Angle Pose, and Grasshopper Pose. Practising inversions is also an essential foundation for developing stronger arm balances.
Arm balances are built on arm strength, core stability, proper breathing, and adequate flexibility. This class will focus on the fundamentals of arm balancing, how to engage the correct muscles, and how to practise a variety of arm‑balance poses. In addition to mastering the poses themselves, arm‑balance training can also help sculpt and refine the muscles of the arms.

The instructor will adapt the teaching content based on the needs of each student. This class is suitable for students who wish to improve their arm‑balance skills.
