這堂適合有恆常運動習慣的學員,讓身體在安全的基礎上進一步探索更深層的開展與覺知。

後彎練習,不但能改善寒背、強化腹部核心、減輕肌肉與關節負擔,亦能避免腰椎受壓。同時,一系列的扭轉、彎曲與伸展動作,能溫和刺激消化系統、促進血液循環,並協助身體排走累積的毒素與緊張。

This class is recommended for students who already maintain a regular exercise routine, ensuring you can safely explore deeper mobility and mindful movement.

Practicing backbends with proper alignment helps correct rounded posture, strengthen the abdominal core, reduce unnecessary muscle and joint load, and prevent compression in the lumbar spine.
Complementing this, a sequence of twists, bends, and lengthening stretches will gently stimulate the digestive organs, enhance circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification process.
