Description
Barre is a fun and energizing workout technique inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates that targets and tones various muscle groups. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing small, high-repetition movements aided by light hand weights, resistance bands, or Pilates balls. These movements help fatigue muscles and strengthen them in ways few other workouts can. Expect an upbeat playlist and playful sequencing that can be modified for any level—no ballet experience required.

Tori Trevison
Tori began consistently practicing yoga in 2020 and continued to peruse her 200 hour YTT in 2024. Her original intention was more so a mental practice versus a physical but over the years she has weaved between the two. Tori spends her days working on organic vegetable farms, which can be very physical so she has found that in these seasons, Yin and Restorative classes call to her. In the winter, her slower seasons, she focuses more on Yang practices. Tori is also very interested in yoga philosophy and origin. She intends to continue her yoga trainings and focus on Yoga Nidra in the upcoming year. Yoga has provided Tori with comfort in the now and the power of body mind connection.
Description
An introspective practice of quiet and stillness. In this practice we will move through shapes, mostly seated or grounded, with the intention of releasing stored energy and emotion, opening space for new. Open for all level and body types.
