On this experiential visit to the Dubrovnik countryside, you will collect and create an elegant wall herbarium for your home. After an introduction of the herbarium art project by our herbarium artist, Heather VanWinkle, we will begin with a country walk to collect the natural elements for your project. Your guide for the walk will be Mikki Kojakovic, a local Zupa resident originally from Australia. Mikki is a plants woman and owns a local organic herbs and spices business, Mikki’s Croatian Kitchen. We will take the collected items to Mikki's garden and sit in the shade of her jasmine arbor to work on our herbarium art project while sipping herbal tea and sharing stories.
