Mercury is going Retrograde in Virgo August 23 - September 15. This is a meetup of two very different energies, the quick moving spirit of Mercury and the grounded and meticulous Virgo, one of whose primary teachings is the Mind-Body connection. So our quick thinking and even faster speaking Mercury is learning to filter through the body and slow down these next few weeks. This is an especially potent time to slow down and listen more through the body.
Join us in aligning with these energies with a silent meditation breathwalk through Lokrum woods and a yoga practice under the trees to take that Mind-Body connection deeper.
