This series is high-intensity, and consists of three different practices throughout the week: aerial fitness using yoga swings, circuit training with weights, and Vinyasa Flow yoga. Weekday practices last 40 minutes so you can make it to work on time. A high level of physical fitness is not required—just the willingness to get up early, give yourself that time, and build a routine of starting your day with exercise.
Drop in is possible when there is space.
