To complement the physical body focus, I integrated these essential oils into the practice:
Deep Blue: To ease muscle tension and soothe the body. Pop this on before the practice on the shoulders and lower back.
AromaTouch: For relaxation and circulation and lymph stimulation for detoxification.
Lavender: To promote calm and nervous system balance.

These are doTERRA oils, which I use and work with as I trust the company for the purity, they are therapeutic grade so support us on a cellular level. If you are using other brands of oils please just be careful as alot of oils on the market are synthetic and/or not what they say they are on the bottle and can do more harm than good.
