Kady Sternberg
Kady (she/her) is a trauma-informed yoga facilitator with a background in psychology and public health research. She believes that yoga is not only a tool for individual healing, but also a collective practice that can transform how we show up in our relationships and communities. Her facilitation is rooted in trauma-informed principles, prioritizing choice and agency, inviting participants to practice in ways that honor their own needs.
Kady is especially drawn to the healing nature of breathwork and restorative practices, which have been deeply supportive in her own journey, and enjoys weaving them into her facilitation. She also loves incorporating playfulness and joy into her own practice and facilitation. Kady completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Bending Bodhi School of Yoga, Restorative Yoga Training with Theresa Murphy, and a 30-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training with Jenni Stevens.
