Description

Join Jenni for an evening of rest, renewal and ritual. As we welcome Cancer Season and the full Strawberry Moon, we'll gather for gentle movement and a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to invite relaxation and nervous system restoration.

Traditionally associated with abundance, ripening, and the sweetness of early summer, the Strawberry Moon offers an opportunity to pause and notice what is ready to be received, celebrated, or simply savored. No prior Yoga Nidra experience is necessary!
Optional: journal
Allergy note: fresh strawberries will be at this event
