Description
Gentle Yoga for Mums (Toddlers Welcome)
A weekly gentle yoga class where toddlers are not just allowed — they’re expected. Mine will be along for the ride too 😅
This isn’t toddler yoga. It’s yoga for mums, with little ones free to move, play, climb on you, join in… or totally ignore us.
No childcare.
No pressure.
No expectations to “finish” a pose or even stay on your mat.
The idea is:
gentle movement and stretching
breathing and nervous-system calming
a friendly, non-judgemental space
chaos welcome, snacks welcome, real life welcome
Some toys will be provided, but you’re very welcome (and encouraged!) to bring anything from home that you know your little one enjoys — including snacks.
Please let me know on arrival if there are any allergies that need to be considered while others are snacking in the same room. Your safety is always the top priority.
Yoga mats and props are provided, though you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
There is one mat per adult.
Children up to age 5 are welcome. Very young babies are also welcome — just bear in mind this is a shared space with moving, exploring toddlers.
Additional siblings are welcome with one paying adult. (No additional adults, please.)
Come as you are. Take breaks. Feed, soothe, wander, laugh.
This is yoga that fits into real motherhood — not the other way around. ✨
