What to expect:-

Arrive at 9am and be greeted by Jes and Ang Keates, your hosts for the day.

9.30am Reunite with old friends and make new friends, enjoy a cup of herbal tea.

10.00am First workshop titled 'Self Care Super Charge'.  Be inspired and empowered with expert Essential Oil knowledge.  Learn how to use Essential Oils for your health and well-being.  

12.00pm We will feed you nourishing plant based foods, smoothies and juices all made with love.

1.00pm A sweet Yoga Class, Meditation and Breathing with Ang Keates (all levels will be catered for).

3.00pm A short break with afternoon Tea - Bliss Balls and Herbal Tea.

3.20pm Master Plan your Dream life and Anchor it in your own personally made (by you) PureFume, free from toxins and chemicals, enjoy the very best of Essential Oils and take home your PureFume to continue creating from your Master Plan

4.15pm Closing Meditation and Hugs

What to Wear, comfy Yoga/Exercise clothing, towel, water bottle (glass or stainless steel), Yoga Mat, comfy blanket throw, any other personal items that give you comfort, your collection of oils (if you haven't got any yet we would love to share ours with you).
