Join us for a balanced and engaging class combining movement and mindfulness.
• 40 Minutes of All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga: Flow through a series of dynamic poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this practice is tailored to meet you where you are.
• 20 Minutes of Topic Discussion: After the flow, we’ll explore a meaningful topic, fostering connection and insight. Engage in thoughtful conversation to deepen your practice and leave feeling centered, inspired, and grounded.
Come as you are, move, breathe, and share. All are welcome!
Park behind the white building. Walk up the white steps and take the first door on your right. Come into the studio and take off your shoes in the hall.
