Aerial is a certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga. Originally from the U.S., she now lives in Germany, where she shares her love of yoga, adventure, and books making here a regular participant in our Evolve Book Club.
Description
Join us this Sunday from 10am–11am in Rosenau Park for an energising outdoor yoga class. Our all-levels practice weaves together a Vinyasa yoga flow, followed by a Kundalini Kriya, and meditation to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and start your Sunday feeling grounded and refreshed.
After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.
Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
Kindly note:
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
If the weather is bad, this class will be cancelled. You’ll receive a cancellation email by 8:30am if needed.
