Aerial is a certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga. Originally from the U.S., she now lives in Germany, where she shares her love of yoga, adventure, and books making here a regular participant in our Evolve Book Club.
Description
Join us on Sunday morning from 10am–11am for an energising yoga class with Aerial in English. Our all-levels practice weaves together a Vinyasa yoga flow, followed by a Kundalini Kriya, and meditation to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and start your Sunday feeling grounded and refreshed.
After class, we’ll head to a nearby café for coffee and breakfast, a lovely chance to unwind, connect, and start the day together.
🧘♀️ Please bring your own mat though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet.
👖 There is space available for changing
🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
