Ānshū Yadav
Ānshū (she/her) is a passionate Yoga Teacher and practitioner dedicated to making yoga accessible and approachable for everyone. Her journey with yoga began 18 years ago, and since then, she has explored and practised various styles and traditions of Yoga. Specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Ānshū seamlessly integrates movement, breathwork, Pranayama, Mantras, and Mudras into her practice and teaching. She is currently deepening her expertise by specializing in Ayurvedic Nutrition.
In addition to her yoga practice, Ānshū is a skilled marketing professional, working as a strategist in Germany, where she brings creativity and precision to her work.

Start your weekend with intention and presence at our Saturday morning yoga class from 10am–11am at Citta Yoga near Kaulbachplatz.
Join us this Valentine’s Day ♥️ for a heart-opening Hatha yoga practice followed by a Loving-Kindness (Metta Bhavana) meditation 🪷Learning to love ourselves and others—especially when expectations aren’t met—can be challenging. With practice, we can soften, open our hearts, and meet life with more compassion.
🧘🏽♀️ 35 minutes Hatha Yoga
🤍 30 minutes Meditation + Deep Relaxation
Loving-kindness meditation is a, Buddhist-rooted practice designed to cultivate unconditional kindness, compassion, and warmth towards oneself and others ✨
🧘♀️ Mats and all equipment are provided but you're welcome to bring your own.
🕰️ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
