Description
In this class, the teacher will guide you through a dynamic style of Hatha yoga then followed by 30 minutes of yummy stretch. In the dynamic part, you will flow through some sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. It helps to build strength and flexibility through movements and breath, and beneficial for boosting our circulation and immunity.

After some flow, teacher will lead you to a 30-minute yummy stretch. After class you will feel energized and sleeping quality may also get improved!
