We will flow through a gentle sequence to sweat out a little, restore the rectus diatasis and rebuild our pelvic floor, following by a tension releasing sequence to open up the body and kick away the tight shoulders and upper back.

You will get a ME-TIME to meet a group of new moms, share our mom life stories, and learn to know more about yourself and your body.
