Description
75 minutes of yoga to support postnatal recovery; bond with your baby and connect with a group of women going through the same wild and wonderful ride of motherhood. You can expect pranayama (breathing practices) to find calm and reconnect to your core; asanas (postures) to build core strength and target common symptoms such as back pain; massage for your baby as well as a wonderful group of women to share your experiences with and help champion you on.
