75 minutes of connection: to your breath; your body; your baby and a wonderful community of other mums to be. You can expect gentle asanas (postures) and movement to increase space around your baby; ease common pregnancy symptoms; build strength and help prepare for labour. Different pranayama (breathing practices) to find calm; increase energy levels and manage the stages of labour. Each class ends with a deep relaxation and /or guided yoga nidra to connect with your baby.
