About Flowibe

Hi, I’m Diana Dimore – a certified yoga teacher and the heart behind Flowibe Yoga. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and what started as a way to find balance in my own life has grown into a deep passion for sharing movement, breath, and presence with others.

My classes are dynamic, supportive, and filled with intention – whether we’re flowing through Vinyasa, slowing down in Slow Flow, or surrendering into Yin. I believe yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to yourself – both on and off the mat.
