Welcome to Flowibe - my online yoga space where we meet weekly to move, breathe, and grow stronger together. Most of the classes are held online, so you can join from wherever you are. You can also find me teaching yoga offline every Monday at the Red Cross in Bremnes (Norway) and in-person classes on Wednesdays at Finnås Sportsklubb (Norway). Want to join?
