Description
The class is Hatha/Vinyasa in style, always combining mindful movement (asana) with breath work (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana).
We work with each pose mindfully, taking several rounds of breath in each pose before flowing to the next. At times we will flow from standing to the floor and back up again.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate Yogi’s.
