A gentle yoga class combining mindful movement (asana) with breath work (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) to help you feel good in your mind & body.

We will move slowly and mindfully, holding the poses for several breaths to allow time to explore each pose.

Suitable for beginner yogis.
