This class provides a combination of Flow and Yin Yoga. Suitable for all levels!
Flow yoga is an active style that involves transitioning smoothly between poses in combination with strength training. This dynamic practice builds flexibility, balance and strength, while also promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice where we hold postures for 2-5 minutes, allowing us to access the deeper tissues of the body. This will improve your flexibility, mobility, reduce stress and restore balance.
