Description

A gentle yoga flow that blends breath with movement at a slower pace. Perfect for all levels, Slow Flow offers time to explore each posture, build strength, and find balance.
Following the flow, we transition into Yin Yoga, a restorative practice where postures are held for 2–5 minutes. This allows us to access the deeper connective tissues of the body, improving flexibility, enhancing mobility, and reducing stress.
