Join us for a special Full Moon Flow Yoga session at the beautiful Cove Bay Rooftop, held in collaboration with the Saba Tourist Bureau.
We will move through a dynamic, breath-led sequence designed to release tension, build strength, and reconnect with your body, all under the glow of the full moon, with the sounds of the ocean in the background. Everyone is welcome!
